Welcome to the The Celestial Dome! Here in the capital, Astramira are proud to be considered the country's foremost educational institution. The Astral Plains is has lots to offer but this observatory has it all! Being built on a massive star-shaped floating island, is a sight to see in its own right. We offer star gazing out of our world class refracting telescopes. The enchanted Planetarium projects highly immersive star and cosmic maps to let guests see the stars as Celestira made them. Our magical libraries have magical Astral Tomes and you can get your personal birth anniversary star chart!

We are an open-air observatory with starlit bridges and sacred ritual spaces dedicated to Celestira and Virelia with dedicated festival grounds for celebrations and divine observances. We have interactive star mapping crystals used for teaching, public use and ceremonial.
