Following the formal integration of the volcanic peaks of Shroudspire into the mainland covenants, the Gendarme of Echoes and the Agisters of the Fold hereby codify the legal standing of Raskets within all public transit corridors.

1. Definition & Origin:
A Rasket is a highly curious, sensitive, and occasionally smug species native to the volcanic ridges. Being a natural, physical hybrid of fox and ferret, they are legally protected under the Universal Wildlife Sovereignty Act. Harming, endweighting, or otherwise restricting a Rasket on duty is classified as Ecological Treason, carrying a mandatory trial before the Resonance Council.

2. Coexistence Mandate:
Raskets and registered Misdeed Ferrets must attempt a peaceful, civil coexistence within all public offices, wagon depots, and common rooms. No sentinel ferret shall issue a Tiny Indictment against a Rasket solely for smelling like dried sea-fish or displaying an un-notarized smirk.

3. The Sleeping Rasket Proviso:
It is a severe federal violation to disturb, nudge, relocat, or wake a sleeping Rasket inside any public terminal or carriage house. The creatures naturally absorb excess emotional residue and require deep, uninterrupted sleep-cycles to stabilize their internal chords. Anyone caught waking a sleeping Rasket will face the immediate, non-appealable dismissal of all active legal appeals pending before the High Chancellery.

4. The Maple-Syrup Ban:
No traveler or handler may feed, offer, or transport maple-flavored food items within three leagues of a working Rasket. Maple residue triggers severe vibrational spikes, inducing an uncontrollable, spasmodic urge in nearby Gendarme sentinels to speak exclusively in terrible, near-puns for up to ninety-six hours.
