The scoundral not only attempted to smuggle Varine Root, a danger stimulant if taken irresponsibly, into the Giltway he threw trash along the road. Gendarme and the Misdeed Ferrets apprehended and extracted a full confession. Gendarme sentencing was, of course, arbitrary but most appropriate.
